I am such a sucker for Pixar movies. Monsters, Inc. never fails to make me happy, and I think The Incredibles is pretty near perfect. Anyway, two nights ago, Don and I watched WALL*E. It was adorable and heartbreaking and completely charming and funny and sweet. I cried buckets, 'cause that's what I do.
Today, we went to the cinema (that alone is a huge deal; I think the last movie we watched on the big screen was... Casino Royale? can that be right?) and saw Bolt. When I wasn't raging at minor/offscreen characters for the choices they inflicted on our heroes, I was thoroughly delighted. And weepy. 'Cause, y'know, it's animals, and I am ridiculous. But the action scenes were sort of amazing, and if there were actually a 'Bolt' tv show, you bet I would tune in every week.
