SIX WEEKS TO MEMORIAL DAY CHALLENGE (Thursday Aprill 12th, 2007)
Get Fit before summer! Body Fat will be taken at the start and the member that loses the most body fat by Memorial Day will win a pair of Harbinger gloves and a Club KO T-Shirts...
First of all, eep! Secondly, I don't know what my Body Fat is and I'm not sure I want to. I may weep. Inconsolably.
Thirdly, I've heard that one of the things I'llhave to do is as many push-ups as I'm able... which is, oh, three? The shame, the shame!
But I am tired of being out of shape and lumpy in all the wrong places, and if this motivates me (and yes, abject humiliation can be a rather compelling motivational factor), then so be it.
